The 11,700 square-foot free standing office and warehouse facility sits on 2.05 acres and is located in close proximity to I-580. The building sold for $1,060,000 or $91 p/sf. Lindy Deller and Tom Fennell, CCIM of DCG represented the buyer, CGLRR Trust, based in Northern California who utilized a 1031 tax-deferred exchange. DCG will continue to manage the property going forward.
The building is occupied by Townsend Corporation who provides a wide range of services in vegetation management, power line clearance, herbicide package and application, electric utility line construction, storm damage relief, and the manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of custom control panels.
