Pollard, who celebrates 26 years with Dolan Auto Group this year, exemplifies unwavering dedication, resilience and a deep love for building lasting customer relationships. A top-performing salesperson regionally and nationally for more than a decade, she is known not only for her professional excellence but also for her warmth, positivity and strong personal journey.

In addition to her professional accolades, Pollard is admired for her personal strength, raising an incredible son and embracing recovery as a core part of her story. She is cherished by colleagues, customers, friends and family alike.

Pollard was honored alongside 74 fellow nominees at the 2025 Salute to Women of Achievement luncheon, hosted by the Nevada Women’s Fund earlier this month, at the Downtown Reno Ballroom. The event is the region’s largest business luncheon and celebrates women making significant contributions across northern Nevada.
Since 1983, the Nevada Women’s Fund has awarded more than $9.9 million in educational scholarships and grants to benefit women and children in the community.
