The refreshed lunch and dinner menus continue Echo & Rig’s celebrated steakhouse tradition while introducing new seasonal selections, including Pacific Halibut, Branzino à la Plancha, Black Spaghetti with lobster, Shrimp & Artichokes, Roasted Chicken, Kurobuta Pork Tenderloin and Lamb Porterhouse Chops.
