Echo & Rig, the acclaimed modern steakhouse and butcher shop by Chef Sam Marvin, is proud to participate in the 18th Annual Las Vegas Restaurant Week, taking place June 2 through June 13, 2025. Guests can indulge in a $30 prix fixe lunch menu, available exclusively at both Echo & Rig Tivoli Village and Echo & Rig Henderson locations—with a portion of proceeds benefiting Three Square Food Bank.
Restaurant Week offers diners a chance to enjoy delicious meals at a set price while contributing to the fight against hunger in Southern Nevada. Since 2007, the initiative has helped provide over 10 million meals to individuals and families in need.
