Echo & Rig is proud to participate in the 19th annual Las Vegas Restaurant Week, offering a specially curated $30 lunch menu available Monday through Friday at its Summerlin and Henderson locations. As a Platinum Platter participant, Echo & Rig will donate $6 from every Restaurant Week meal sold to Three Square Food Bank.
Restaurant Week gives local restaurants the opportunity to support Southern Nevada’s only food bank while showcasing signature culinary offerings. Through the Platinum Platter program, each lunch enjoyed at Echo & Rig directly benefits Three Square’s efforts to provide meals to individuals and families facing food insecurity throughout the region.
Available for dine-in and patio dining, the four-course lunch experience begins with:
First Course
• Grilled Gazpacho Amuse Bouche
Guests may then choose from:
Second Course
• Bibb Salad featuring Bibb lettuce, herbs, radicchio, candied walnuts, shallots, blue cheese and creamy balsamic vinaigrette
• Lollipop Kale Salad with yellow baby beets, toasted hazelnuts, goat cheese and citrus vinaigrette
Third Course
• Roasted Chicken Sandwich with chicken breast, caramelized onion, mozzarella, herb aioli, arugula, ciabatta and house-made chips
• Butcher Burger featuring a blend of chuck, short rib and brisket topped with Bibb lettuce, heirloom tomato, red onion and aioli, served with Kennebec fries
Fourth Course
• Sorbet of Fruit (changes daily)
• Caramel Turtle Sundae with toffee peanut brittle, bourbon caramel sauce, bittersweet chocolate chunks, whipped cream and caramel ice cream
