The Emerald Island and Rainbow Club Casinos in Downtown Henderson are excited to introduce their new joint players card. Club JewelTM takes the place of the casinos’ individual players cards.
The card has four tiers, starting with Jade, followed by Ruby and Sapphire, and ultimately culminating in the Emerald card.
The decision to combine cards was made based on feedback from guests who frequent the sister properties. All players who already have the Emerald Island Casino players card will keep their number, if guests only have a Rainbow Club Casino card, they will be assigned a new number for their Club JewelTM card. Guests who have an Emerald Island Casino players card may continue to use it but the Rainbow Club Casino card will no longer work. Points will be combined for the two casinos into the new card, and they will have the same point redemption rates at Emerald Island Grille and Triple B, restaurants located inside both casinos.
“It has always been a top priority to listen attentively to the feedback from our valued guests, and today marks a significant milestone in our commitment to their satisfaction,” said Tim Brooks, general manager of the Emerald Island & Rainbow Club Casinos. “The result of our efforts in this consolidation not only simplifies the gaming experience but also highlights our dedication to enhancing every aspect of each guest’s interactions with us.”
New benefits include additional multipliers available at the Rainbow Club Casino, plus base points earned there will also count toward a new tier status. Guests who receive the monthly mailer with comp meals will get a chance to choose between dining either at Emerald Island Grille and Rainbow Club’s Triple B each week.
The Club JewelTM card is available to all players over the age of 21, to get yours, just head over to the cage at either casino and a team member will be happy to assist you.
