Emerald Island Casino’s Emerald Island Grille and Rainbow Club Casino’s Triple B (Brooks Brothers Burgers) are excited to announce their Christmas dinner menus, exclusively served on Monday, December 25.
The Emerald Island Grille’s first course will be a choice of lobster bisque with parmesan crostini or mixed baby greens with citrus honey vinaigrette, toasted pecans, dried cranberries and crumbled blue cheese. For the main course, guests can choose between a slow roasted prime rib with creamy horseradish and au jus for $17.99 or a hickory smoked, honey glazed ham for $13.99. Both entrees will be served with country green beans, candied yams, potatoes and paired with apple pie for dessert.
Over at Triple B, guests will start with a choice of a hearty vegetable with three cheese tortellini soup or a salad of mixed baby greens, ponzu vinaigrette, shredded carrots, mandarin oranges, sliced almonds and crispy wonton threads. The main course can be either sugar glazed ham for $13.99 or a prime rib meal for $17.99. Both entrees will be served with cheesy scalloped potatoes and green beans almondine.
“We are so excited to offer our guests, many of whom are regulars, the opportunity to have a delicious Christmas dinner without the hassle of preparing it,” said Tim Brooks, owner of Emerald Island and Rainbow Club Casinos. “We want to make sure our guests have an enjoyable experience and can leave satisfied and with a full belly.”
Both menus will be offered from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
