Emerald Island Casino’s Emerald Island Grille and Rainbow Club Casino’s Triple B (Brooks Brothers Burgers) are excited to announce their New Year’s Eve dinner menus, exclusively served on Wednesday, December 31.
The Emerald Island Grille’s first course will be a choice of creamy crab corn chowder with parmesan cheese crostini or mixed baby green salad with cucumber, black olives, crumbled goat cheese, croutons and charred tomato vinaigrette. The main course offers a choice of lobster thermidor or charbroiled USDA choice ribeye with herb butter, red wine demi-glace, accompanied by a side of freshly grilled asparagus and herb buttered potatoes. Dessert will be a warm chocolate lava cake with raspberry sauce, fresh berries and whipped cream.
Over at Triple B inside the Rainbow Club Casino, guests will start with a choice of a hearty Tuscan white bean soup or iceberg wedge with an applewood smoked bacon, fried onion straws, chopped egg, roasted red pepper drizzle and choice of dressing. The main course offers a choice of charbroiled USDA choice New York strip or honey glazed whiskey shrimp with a side of oven roasted asparagus and cheese scalloped potatoes, or freshly grilled Asian sea bass in a chardonnay lemon and butter sauce with a side of grilled asparagus and scalloped potatoes. Dessert is a New York cheesecake with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.
“Whether you plan to ring in the New Year at either of our properties or somewhere else, we’re excited to offer a world-class menu to close out this wonderful year,” said Tim Brooks, general manager of Emerald Island and Rainbow Club Casinos. “We want to make sure our guests have an enjoyable experience and can leave satisfied and with a full belly.”
Both menus will be offered for $37.99. The Emerald Island Grille’s choices will be served from 4 to 10 p.m. and the Trible B menu will be served from 4 to 9 p.m. Reservations are not required, but highly recommended.
