This Thanksgiving, Emerald Island Casino’s Emerald Island Grille and Rainbow Club Casino’s Triple B (Brooks Brothers Burgers) want you to celebrate with a special three-course meal exclusively served on Thursday November 23.
The Emerald Island Grille’s first course will be an autumn squash bisque, the main course will feature an oven roasted turkey breast, cornbread stuffing, mashed potatoes, candied yams, giblet gravy, green bean almandine and cranberry relish. For dessert, guests will enjoy pumpkin pie with whipped cream.
Over at Triple B, guests will start with a creamy mushroom soup with black pepper crème fraiche and enjoy a main course of oven roasted turkey break, house made truffle gravy, roasted baby red mashed potatoes, focaccia bread stuffing, sauteed seasonal vegetables, green bean almandine and fresh cranberry sauce. Dessert will also be pumpkin pie with whipped cream.
“We are so excited to offer our guests, many of whom are regulars, the opportunity to have a traditional Thanksgiving dinner without the hassle of preparing it,” said Tim Brooks, owner of Emerald Island and Rainbow Club Casinos. “We want to make sure our guests have an enjoyable experience and can leave satisfied and with a full belly.”
Both menus will be offered from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. for $14.99 a person.
