HENDERSON, Nev. – This Valentine’s Day, Emerald Island Casino and Rainbow Club Casino’s restaurants will celebrate the day of love with a special 3-course Valentine’s Day dinner menu exclusively served on Tuesday, February 14.
The Emerald Island Grille’s first course will include a starter of a mixed baby greens salad with almonds and a lemon honey vinaigrette dressing topped with crumbled goat cheese, bacon bits, and croutons or a crab bisque soup with parmesan crostini. For the main course, guests will receive a choice of a grilled prime NY strip steak with garlic herb butter or a Maine lobster francese. Both entrées will be served with a side of asparagus and loaded mashed potatoes topped with bacon, cheese, sour cream, and a green onion garnish. For the third and final course, guests can enjoy a slice of red velvet cake or vanilla bean gelato with fresh whipped cream.
At the Rainbow Club, Triple B’s first course will include the choice of lobster bisque soup with parmesan crostini, or an organic arugula and sliced fuji apple salad tossed in spiced apple vinaigrette with warm brie cheese and toasted pecans. For the main course, guests can choose between a USDA prime ribeye steak with red wine demi, grilled shrimp, lyonnaise potatoes and asparagus or a branzino European sea bass plated on sauteed asparagus, cipollini onion, mushroom and red potatoes served with a creamy charred tomato sauce. Dessert features a raspberry or chocolate lava cake topped with raspberry sauce, freshly whipped cream, and a fresh mint garnish.

Both Valentine’s Day menus will be offered from 4 to 10 p.m. for $34.99 a person.
