Emerald Island Casino & Rainbow Club Casino in Downtown Henderson are gearing up to celebrate Valentine’s Day with a special dinner menu served exclusively on Saturday, Feb. 14 from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
The Emerald Island Grille, inside the Emerald Island Casino, will feature two starter choices, a chopped romaine tossed in Greek vinaigrette with olives, grape tomatoes, cucumber, pickled red onions and feta cheese or a shrimp bisque with parmesan crostini. The main course will be an option of pan seared Asian sea bass over fresh asparagus or a grilled USDA choice New York strip steak Oscar with asparagus, crabmeat and hollandaise over red roasted potatoes. Dessert will be a triple chocolate mousse with raspberry sauce and freshly whipped cream.
Across the street at the Rainbow Club Casino, Triple B will offer a choice of mixed baby greens with toasted walnuts, crumbled goat cheese and raspberry vinaigrette or crab bisque with parmesan crostini for the first course. The main course will be a choice of herb crusted split Maine lobster tail or grilled USDA choice of rib eye both served with loaded mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus hollandaise. Dessert will be a chocolate flourless cake with strawberry sauce and freshly whipped cream.
