Emerald Island Casino & Rainbow Club Casino in Downtown Henderson are gearing up to celebrate Valentine’s Day with a special menu served exclusively on February 14 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The Emerald Island Grille, inside the Emerald Island Casino, will feature two appetizer choices, a mixed baby greens salad with almonds, crumbled goat cheese, applewood smoked bacon bits and croutons topped with house-made lemon honey vinaigrette dressing or a crab bisque with parmesan crostini. The main course will be an option of Maine lobster francaise or charbroiled aged USDA choice ribeye steak with garlic herb butter, both served with house-made loaded mashed potatoes and freshly grilled asparagus. Dessert will be a New York cheesecake with chocolate and strawberry sauce, freshly whipped cream, and mint garnish.
Across the street at the Rainbow Club Casino, Triple B will offer a choice of lobster bisque with parmesan crostini or mixed baby greens and roasted beets tossed in citrus honey vinaigrette dressing with crumbled goat cheese and toasted walnuts for the first course. The main course will be a choice of fresh BBQ north Atlantic salmon over andouille sausage, grape tomatoes and potato hash with crystal hot sauce infused onion crust or charbroiled New York strip steak, cabernet sauvignon demi glazed, grilled gulf shrimp, au gratin potatoes and roasted rainbow carrots.

Each menu is being offered for a price of $34.99. Reservations are encouraged, but not required.
