This Easter Sunday, Emerald Island Casino’s Emerald Island Grille and Rainbow Club Casino’s Triple B (Brooks Brothers Burgers) want you to celebrate with a special 3-course meal exclusively served on Sunday April 9.
The Emerald Island Grille’s first course will include a starter of a mixed baby greens and grape tomatoes tossed in a citrus honey vinaigrette, toasted almonds, crumbled goat cheese and croutons. The main course will be a honey glazed ham or herb stuffed leg of lamb served with roasted lemon and herb potatoes with grilled asparagus. For dessert, the restaurant will offer a lemon meringue pie.
Over at Triple B, guests will be able to choose between a mixed baby greens tossed in lemon honey vinaigrette, fresh strawberries, toasted walnuts and crumbled goat cheese salad or a potato and leek soup with herb cream fraiche. The main course will be a honey brown sugar glazed ham or herb roasted leg of lamb; both served with lemon parmesan roasted baby red potatoes and sauteed mixed vegetables. Dessert will be a carrot cake with caramel sauce and freshly whipped cream.

Both menus will be offered from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. for $14.99 a person.
