This Easter Sunday, Emerald Island Casino’s Emerald Island Grille and Rainbow Club Casino’s Triple B (Brooks Brothers Burgers) area excited to welcome guests to enjoy a three-course meal exclusively served on Sunday April 20.
The Emerald Island Grille’s first course will have an option of a mixed baby greens, fresh raspberries, toasted walnuts, and parmesan cheese salad with a balsamic vinaigrette or a spring chicken vegetable soup. For the entrée guests can choose between an herb stuffed leg of lamb or honey glazed ham, both will be served with roasted lemon and herb potatoes with freshly sauteed seasonal vegetables. The dessert will be a lemon meringue pie.
Over at Triple B, guests will be able to choose between a mixed baby greens, fresh strawberries, toasted walnuts and fresh parmesan cheese salad with a lemon honey vinaigrette salad or a potato and leek soup with herb cream fraiche. The main course will be a choice of honey brown sugar glazed ham or herb roasted leg of lamb; both served with lemon herb roasted baby red potatoes and freshly sauteed mixed vegetables. Dessert will be a carrot cake with caramel sauce and freshly whipped cream.

Both menus will be offered from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. The ham entrée is priced at $15.99 while the lamb entrée will be $17.99.
