Nevada Baseball Reno Rodeo Night | Tuesday, May 14
Combining two of Nevada’s favorite pastimes for one unforgettable evening, it’s Reno Rodeo Night at Nevada Baseball on Tuesday, May 14 starting at 5 p.m. at Peccole Field. Enjoy rodeo-themed fun between innings and receive a commemorative Reno Rodeo Baseball if you’re among the first 200 attendees.
Reno Rodeo Charitable Golf Tournament | Saturday, June 1
Play a round of golf, enjoy the warm weather and feel good knowing you’re supporting children and families in our community. The annual Reno Rodeo Charitable golf tournament, a four-man scramble format, will be held on June 1 at Lakeridge Golf Course. Reno Rodeo Kick-Off Party | Friday, June 7
Geared towards younger rodeo fans, the South 40 kick-off party will feature live music, line dancing and plenty of kid-friendly events like face painting and more. Entry is free, and the first 50 kids to arrive at this feel-good festivity will receive a Reno Rodeo goodie bag with a gift card from The Game Arcade at South 40. Plus, enjoy a variety of vendors, food and drink specials for the whole family and a meet and greet with Miss Reno Rodeo and candidates.
Located in South Reno, South 40 brings food, drink, games and live music to the table. Kids can burn off steam at Reno’s newest arcade stocked with classic games and awesome prizes, and guests of all ages are sure to appreciate comfy seating in the backyard area. Miss Reno Rodeo Pageant | Wednesday, June 12–Friday, June 14
Set for June 12–14, the Miss Reno Rodeo pageant presents a thrilling opportunity for contestants to vie for the esteemed role of goodwill ambassador for the 2025 Reno Rodeo. Contestants will have two days to “wow” the judges in seven different categories including horsemanship, equestrian technique, etiquette, Western style, knowledge of the industry, performance on a written exam and speech, and overall rodeo spirit. The horsemanship section is free to watch on Thursday, June 13 starting at 9:30 a.m. at the outdoor arena. The pageant wraps up with a coronation dinner on the evening of Friday, June 14 at the Eldorado Convention Center. Tickets must be purchased in advance. The “Wildest, Richest Rodeo in the West” returns to the Biggest Little City for the 105th year June 20–29. Attendees can expect to see bronc riding, barrel racing, bull riding and more. With 10 exciting nights of rodeo competition, the Reno Rodeo is one of the premier stops on the Pro Rodeo Tour. The action isn’t just in the competition — there’s also a full carnival, the Double R Marketplace, daytime events (many are free), a food court, the Jack tent and much more.
Tickets are on sale now and are available at the Reno Rodeo Association office located at the Livestock Events Center through Gate 6 off Sutro St. Ticket office hours are 9 a.m.–3 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Reno Rodeo is a Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) sanctioned sporting event, and one of the top rodeos in North America.
