LAS VEGAS – Golfers are bringing their ‘birdies’ and ‘eagles’ to Aliante Golf Club (3100 Elkhorn Rd.) Saturday, Sept. 30 for the 2023 Faith Lutheran Golf Classic, benefitting the school’s overall mission of ‘Everyone Prepared! Everyone Saved!’ and its athletic programs.
“I am excited to attend my fourth golf classic,” said Mike Sanford, associate director of advancement and Faith Lutheran’s head football coach. “Since I have been at Faith Lutheran, this event allows me to engage with the Faith community.
“It is also extremely important for the continued success and growth of academics and athletics here at the school. Golfers have a fun day on the course while knowing their generosity is positively changing the lives of our students.”
Players can participate in several on-course ‘games’ including closest to the pin, longest drive, shorten the hole, shorten the putt and, of course, mulligans to help lower their score.
