The City of Henderson’s Senior Citizen Advisory Commission (SCAC) welcomes Favil West, co-founder of the Foundation Assisting Seniors, as its newest member. West will be responsible for making recommendations on issues such as transportation, housing, utility rates, recreation and cultural arts, employment, and other matters concerning the health, safety, and welfare of senior citizens in the community.
