Gianni Silva and Jovanny Cortez join the firm
LAS VEGAS – FEA Consulting Engineers, one of the top ten hospitality engineering firms in the country, is welcoming two new industry professionals to its growing team. The new members of the FEA team include Low Voltage Revit/BIM Technician Gianni Silva and Mechanical Revit/BIM Technician Jovanny Cortez.
With an extensive background in AutoCAD and Revit Electrical Design, Gianni Silva holds a professional certification in Revit Electrical Design. His industry journey began with an AutoCAD course post-high school, where he developed his skillset in civil, electrical and mechanical drawings.
Prior to joining the firm, he worked for the state’s energy department where he gained expertise in drafting for audio-visual, low voltage and security systems, setting up sheets and views in Revit and handling mark-ups and plan reviews.
Jovanny Cortez currently holds an associate’s degree in science and is working towards his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. In his role, he is responsible for conceptual design, producing preliminary drawings and construction support, to name a few.
Cortez plans to leverage his previous experience to effectively adhere to project standards, coordinate work, and produce accurate and organized construction documents.
