Vegas For Athletes (VFA) is proud to announce it will provide free ECG heart screenings for youth athletes during the upcoming Maxx Crosby Football Camp at Doral Academy Red Rock High School. Screenings will be conducted indoors from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
These life-saving heart screenings are available to all registered camp participants as well as walk-in youth and families from the community. Registration for the football camp begins at 3:00 PM, with VFA conveniently stationed next to the check-in desk to encourage same-day screenings. No pre-registration is required, and youth ages 10 to 25 are strongly encouraged to participate.
Sudden cardiac arrest is the leading medical cause of death in young athletes. Vegas For Athletes is dedicated to making heart screenings accessible, affordable, and a routine part of youth sports culture in Southern Nevada.
