WHAT:

Two Optum Care Community Centers in Las Vegas offer free

classes and workshops to area seniors focusing on physical and

social wellness. Classes and events are free and open to all area

seniors, with no advance registration required.

WHEN:

Physical and social wellness classes take place at both locations

Monday through Friday, starting at 8:30 a.m. A full class

Let’s Get Together! – Weekly social get togethers

Wednesdays at 9 a.m. (East location)

Thursdays at 12:30 p.m. (West location)

Fitness with Friends: Senior Fitness – Exercises for all fitness levels

Wednesdays at 8:30 a.m. (West location)

WHY:

Optum Care Community Centers offer both medical and social

care for overall well-being. The classes and workshops offered at

the Optum Care Community Centers bring seniors together to

learn about everything from computer use to needlepoint, and

line dancing to yoga, in a communal, fun environment that is

free of charge and open to all.
