LAS VEGAS — Fremont Street Experience, Las Vegas’ iconic entertainment hub, presents St. Paddy’s Day Bash, a highly anticipated annual three-day event featuring live Irish and Celtic bands, limited-time SlotZilla deals and its first Jig & Costume Contest.
As a premier destination for free live entertainment across three stages and five blocks, Fremont Street Experience delivers one of the most anticipated St. Patrick’s Day block parties in Las Vegas, attracting tourists and locals alike. This year, guests can experience more ways to celebrate this crowd-favorite event.
Starting March 15, guests can enjoy the region’s best Irish and Celtic bands including Arcana Kings, Swainn and more, along with crowd favorites like Alter Ego and Zowie Bowie.
Then, on Tuesday, March 17, celebrations continue with the Professional Firefighters of Southern Nevada annual Firefighter Parade starting at 3rd Street and Fremont Street. Guests can also enjoy limited-time “Raid The Rainbow” SlotZilla packages that feature a VIP ticket, upgraded photo package including a photo display on The Canopy™ and mystery prizes pulled from a “pot of gold” upon purchase.
New to this year’s programming is a new Jig and Costume Contest being held March 17 at 8 p.m. at 3rd Street Stage. Guests 21 and older are invited to compete in the three-round costume-and-dance competition for cash prizes as structured below:
- 1st Prize – $3,170
- 2nd Place – $1,500
- 3rd Place – $1,500
Registration by all contestants is required and will take place from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the check-in table located behind the 3rd Street Stage next to the D Las Vegas. Each contestant will showcase a costume and perform a brief Irish jig on stage. The competition will continue through the semifinal rounds to the final rounds until the first, second and third place winners are selected based on originality, performance, stage presence and crowd response.
Throughout the street, guests 21 and older can enjoy festive drinks available for purchase at multiple outdoor bars. The celebration is complemented by themed photo moments — including visuals on The Canopy™ and nostalgic photobooth prints, offering guests memorable ways to capture their experience.
