Gather, Feast and Give Thanks: Celebrate Thanksgiving at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas

Las Vegas – The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is celebrating Thanksgiving with holiday dishes and seasonal ingredients from its signature restaurants including Bouchon, BRERA osteria, Buddy V’s Ristorante, Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer, Mott 32, Matteo’s Ristorante Italiano and Yardbird.

BOUCHON

Bouchon by Thomas Keller is offering a special Thanksgiving menu available only on November 28.  The elevated feast features a three-course menu with several dishes to choose from including turkey with bakery stuffing, whipped potatoes, green bean casserole, cranberry and turkey gravy; red wine braised beef short rib with fingerling potatoes, button mushrooms; or pan seared day boat scallops with mushroom risotto and crispy kale chips.

*This holiday menu is $120 per person. Guests can complement the meal with a wine pairing for an additional $50 per person.

BLACK TAP CRAFT BURGERS & BEER

Throughout November, Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer is embracing fall with seasonal flavors including a chicken fried turkey sandwich  made of spicy chicken fried turkey, country gravy, watercress, shaved red onions, cilantro served with loaded mashed potato tater tots.  For something sweet, the Pecan Pie CrazyShake® is available and includes a vanilla frosted rim with Texas glazed pecans topped with a slice of pecan pie, whipped cream, caramel drizzle and topped with a cherry.

BUDDY V’S RISTORNATE

Buddy V’s Ristorante by Buddy Valastro, is serving up a three-course prix fixe family feast with Italian American Thanksgiving favorites. The meal starts with a bowl of roasted butternut squash soup, followed by a traditional holiday dinner of slow roasted turkey breast with turkey sausage and pancetta herb stuffing, sweet yams, cranberry relish and classic gravy. For the finale, Tres Leches-soaked pumpkin cake with Disaronno whipped cream and candied pepitas.

The three-course Thanksgiving menu is $75 per person, $25 for kids under 10, or a la carte.

BRERA OSTERIA

Experience Thanksgiving with an Italian twist at BRERA osteria where a special prix fixe menu brings the  flavors of the season together.  The holiday meal starts with a butternut squash salad, a vibrant combination of frisée, endive, pomegranate, stracchino cheese, aged balsamic and toasted pepitas followed by pumpkin ravioli in sage brown butter and a hazelnut and pomegranate glaze. Taking center stage is a traditional holiday spread: roasted turkey, mushroom stuffing, green beans, cranberries, garlic whipped potatoes and herb gravy. And for the grand finale, pumpkin pie, cranberry sauce, pomegranate agrodolce and vanilla gelato.

MATTEO’S RISTORANTE ITALIANO

Celebrate Thanksgiving Italian style at Matteo’s Ristorante Italiano and begin the holiday feast with zuppa di zucca also known as butternut squash soup, homemade gnocchi made with sweet potato, roasted squash, castelrosso cream, with pomegranate, and roasted turkey, Italian sausage, plus fixings and pumpkin pie for dessert.

YARDBIRD

Yardbird featuring Southern cuisine offers guests two holiday menus and experiences to choose from:

For guests wanting to eat in the comfort of their own home, but not cook, Yardbird is offering a family-style package with herb roasted Yardbird turkey and all the fixings including mashed potatoes, biscuit stuffing, spiced honey glazed brussels sprouts, bourbon brown butter glazed yams and brown butter bourbon pumpkin pie for dessert. The small family package feeds two to four and is $310, and the large family package feeds six to eight and is $590.  Or guests can go a la carte with a Yardbird fried chicken for the entire family featuring 24 pieces of the world famous 27-hour brined chicken, mac and cheese, and biscuits for $150 and a brown butter bourbon pumpkin pie for $40.

Dining In

For dine-in patrons looking to experience the holiday feast, Yardbird’s Thanksgiving a la carte menu includes melted leek potato gratin, herb roasted Yardbird turkey dinner with all the fixings, lobster mac and cheese, Charleston she-crab soup and brown butter bourbon pumpkin pie.

MOTT 32

This Thanksgiving, Mott 32 is offering a special variation on traditional holiday dishes. The fine dining Chinese restaurant will be serving up honey glazed salt-baked chicken, crispy prawns in cucumber cups with shredded purple sweet potato, stuffed morel mushrooms with shrimp paste, spicy beef brisket clay pot, steamed freshwater eel with black bean sauce and Sichuan-style braised tofu with minced beef and chili.
