Bank Names New CFO, Chief Credit Officer, and Senior Client Relationship Manager
LAS VEGAS, NV June 3, 2026 – GenuBank today announced the appointment of three senior leaders: Jeffrey Lisinicchia as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Tyler Barlow as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer, and Lela Palsgrove as Senior Vice President and Client Relationship Manager. The three appointments bring over 75 combined years of banking experience to GenuBank.
Jeffrey Lisinicchia brings 31 years of experience to the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer role. Prior to joining GenuBank he served as Vice President of SEC Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting at First Foundation Bank (NYSE: FFWM), a $12 billion asset bank holding company based in Irvine, California. Over his career , Lisinicchia has held several Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer positions with leading nationwide residential mortgage lending and servicing companies, including Greenlight Financial Services and GMAC Mortgage Corporation.
He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Drexel University and is an active Certified Public Accountant. He serves on the Board of Governors of the Drexel University Alumni Association and is a founding Director and Treasurer of the Dragon Wrestling Club, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting Drexel University’s Division I wrestling program and youth coaching. A new Las Vegas resident, he relocated from Laguna Beach, California.

Tyler Barlow brings 25 years of commercial banking experience to the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer role at GenuBank. A Las Vegas native, he returned to community banking after years at large national institutions. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Senior Regional Credit Officer at EverBank. Over his career, Barlow has structured and approved credits across commercial C&I, commercial real estate, SBA, syndications, Public Finance, and Agricultural Lending. The commercial groups he has supported have consistently received satisfactory regulatory exam results. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Utah University and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School. Outside of work, he mentors two young men connected to Opportunity Village and serves as Bishop in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

A 2025 inductee into the Nevada Women’s Hall of Fame for leadership and community impact, Lela Palsgrove joins GenuBank as Senior Vice President and Client Relationship Manager having previously worked for two decades at Nevada State Bank. Her roles included Vice President and Professional Banking Relationship Manager, Vice President and Branch Manager, and Branch Business Banker. Her work spans commercial real estate financings, practice acquisitions, SBA loans, and multi-product banking relationships.
She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in International Relations and Affairs from Ilia State University in Tbilisi, Georgia, graduating with honors. As a Henderson resident for 23 years, Palsgrove currently serves on the boards of the Nevada Children’s Heart Foundation, Nevada Autism Cares, Nevada Community Health Center, and the Congressional Award Council of Nevada.
