Chief Marketing Officer earns nomination for leveraging digital marketing technology to propel law firm’s significant growth
Geoffrey Radcliffe, chief marketing officer at Michaelson Law, recently became a qualified nominee for the 2024 Top Tech Awards Las Vegas. Radcliffe caught the eyes of Top Tech Awards judges for his ability to revamp the firm’s digital marketing efforts and lead generation systems to significantly increase new matters opened year over year.
Some of the changes Radcliffe implemented included shifting away from Google’s AI “done for you” ad management solutions and instead using manual ad testing best practices, new ideas and reverse engineering what other firms have done to be successful in the space. The result has been a massive increase in highly qualified leads while lowering the cost per lead acquisition by nearly 90%.
Radcliffe uses a variety of digital marketing software to run his tests and validate assumptions utilizing a “measure twice, cut once” philosophy to best identify shortcomings in advertising and content marketing. In addition, he has initiated the use of automated customer onboarding workflows to make internal systems more efficient and allow the firm to more quickly service the clients in need.
“I’ve always watched this award from afar and have even been submitted in the past but have never received this level of recognition,” Radcliffe says. “I am truly honored for the nod and hope to live up to the reputation of a Top Tech Executive in the valley.”
Radcliffe is involved with a number of local community organizations, including Summerlin Rotary, Just One Project, There is no Hero in Heroin, Serving Our Kids Foundation, Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance, as well as the Henderson and Las Vegas chambers of commerce.
