Twenty-four year old Bailey Smith was hit by two suspects in a stolen SUV while riding his motorcycle to work in the early morning hours of September, 23rd 2022.
The suspects did not call for help and fled on foot leaving Smith without oxygen for 20 minutes. The lack of oxygen, coupled with the impact, caused severe brain injuries that were not survivable. Bailey Smith passed away three days later on September 26th, 2022.
The family of Smith would like to give him a proper funeral but were unprepared for the burial costs.
Attorney Sam Ryan Heidari, owner of the Heidari Law Firm, has now volunteered to match up to $3000 from donations made to the family on behalf of Bailey Smith’s funeral.
Heidari is well known in Las Vegas for his generosity with people and families that have been victims in hit and run cases, and has offered a $10,000 reward for the arrest and conviction of the suspects in this case.
