Grand Canyon Development Partners (GCDP), a Southwest U.S.-based full-service real estate development and project management firm, recently helped deliver a renovation to the Green Valley Ranch West Tower in Henderson.
The project included renovations to more than 290 hotel rooms at the iconic Green Valley Ranch resort property. GCDP represented Station Casinos throughout the process, managing general contractors, owner vendors and furniture, and the fixtures and equipment procurement process to ensure the project remained on schedule and aligned with the project vision.

Owned by Station Casinos and built by PENTA Building Group, construction on the West Tower renovation began in 2023 was completed and opened in early 2026.
