Grand Canyon Development Partners (GCDP), a full-service real estate development and project management firm in Las Vegas and across the United States, announced the completion of the new Family Navigation Center. The development supports Family Promise of Las Vegas in expanding critical services for families experiencing housing insecurity.
The approximately 12,000-square-foot, ground-up facility provides transitional housing and a centralized resource hub where families can stabilize, access assistance, and rebuild toward long-term independence. GCDP served as owner’s representative from early project development through construction, ensuring the center was delivered with the functionality, durability, and sensitivity required for the population it serves.
“This project means a lot to us,” said President of Grand Canyon Development Partners Vincent Tatum. “It’s one thing to manage a build, but it’s another to see how it directly changes lives. The Family Navigation Center gives families a safe place to start again, and we’re proud to have played a small part in making that possible.”
The center broadens the organization’s ability to meet families where they are. It offers temporary shelter, case management, workforce and financial guidance, and rapid connections to supportive services. Construction began June 15, 2023 and reached substantial completion September 30, 2025.
