Grand Canyon Development Partners, a Las Vegas-based, full-service development and project management company, announced the appointment of David Brewer as senior project manager. Brewer has been a part of the construction and architectural industry for more than three decades, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to his new position. His focus has been on public-serving projects across Nevada, California and the greater Southwest.
As a senior project manager for Grand Canyon Development Partners, Brewer supports clients through the entire lifecycle of development. He works closely with consultants, contractors, and owner representatives to guide every aspect of a project forward, from programming and schematic design to closeout.
He has previously worked on a diverse range of projects including large scale hospitality, capital improvement programs, new construction for K-12 school districts, public agencies, and municipalities.
“David’s expertise in leading cross-functional teams through design approvals, DSA submittals, budgeting, and scheduling has made him a trusted partner on high visibility assignments,” said Grand Canyon Development Partners President and CEO Vincent Tatum. “His background as an architect also allows him to anticipate potential issues early and align design intent with constructability.”
Charles earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture from California State Polytechnic University Pomona. He also maintains an architectural license, is NCARB (National Council of Architectural Registration Boards) certified, and is a member of the American Institute of Architects.
