With more than 30 years of experience in construction and project management, Pham brings a deep understanding of commercial, retail, high-rise and residential development. His background includes extensive work with owners, developers and general contractors.
As a senior project manager for Grand Canyon Development Partners, Pham supports clients through the entire lifecycle of development. He helps guide every aspect of a project forward, from preconstruction through closeout with a strong focus on coordination, cost control, and execution.

Pham has led project management and consulting efforts across large scale developments including Tivoli Village, Queensridge Towers, Turnberry Town Square and multiple hospitality and gaming properties throughout Las Vegas. His experience also includes data center development and high-density multifamily projects, managing complex scopes that require detailed scheduling, budget oversight, and cross-team coordination.
