Las Vegas (May 28, 2025) – HELP of Southern Nevada kicked off its annual “HELP2O” Water Drive for the 14th consecutive year on Memorial Day and runs through Sept. 1. Remaining steadfast in preventing and ending homelessness for families and individuals throughout the valley, HELP’s summer-long initiative is once again calling on the local community to donate bottled water through various avenues, including HELP’s Framing Hope Warehouse located at 1600 E. Flamingo Road, open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. All donations are for water and services that come with extreme weather and will be directly distributed to homeless individuals throughout Southern Nevada enduring extreme temperatures throughout the summer.
HELP is honored to be partnering with the Las Vegas Aviators for another year to kick-off the life-saving campaign. Starting June 10 – July 20 at each home game, fans are encouraged to donate when checking out at a concession stand that will go towards HELP2O’s Water and Weather Drive. In partnership with Lotus Broadcasting, HELP of Southern Nevada will host a pre-game Water Extravaganza on June 13 at the Las Vegas Ballpark from 5 – 7 p.m. Everyone can enjoy the fun-filled summer event and donate bottles of water or make a monetary donation towards HELP2O’s cause to receive tickets for a future Aviators home game.
“With the intense desert heat we face every summer, our local homeless community faces heightened challenges as temperatures soar across the Valley,” stated Abby Quinn, HELP of Southern Nevada chief community relations officer. “Through our ‘HELP2O’ Water Drive initiative, we are steadfast in providing lifesaving water so that we can focus on their immediate needs and getting them housed.”
