Las Vegas, NV (April 16, 2025) – HELP of Southern Nevada, local nonprofit celebrating 55 years of serving the Las Vegas homeless community, was chosen as a charity recipient for Vegas Unstripped 2025, an independent culinary festival focused on promoting local chef talent, produced by Eric Gladstone & James Trees. The event takes place at Palms Casino Resort on April 27 from 6-9 p.m.
To date, Vegas Unstripped raised $30,000 for local charities, and this year, the event will donate proceeds to HELP of Southern Nevada and John Arena Foundation. All the expenses of the independent chefs and restaurateurs are covered by event revenue, with most staff being volunteers.
“We are incredibly grateful to Eric Gladstone and James Trees for selecting HELP of Southern Nevada as a charity recipient for this year’s Vegas Unstripped event,” said Fuilala Riley, CEO of HELP of Southern Nevada. “In these challenging times, when so many families are facing uncertainty, the support of our community means more than ever. Vegas Unstripped is a chef-driven night powered entirely by volunteers, and their generosity helps us continue our mission to assist families in need and work toward ending homelessness.”
General Admission tickets are now available for $150 plus fees at vegasunstripped.com. A small number of tickets will be available on the day of the event for a higher price. Ticket buyers also have the option of deeply discounted rooms at Palms for that night. All attendees must be 21+.

About Vegas Unstripped and The Feast of Friends
Vegas Unstripped is Las Vegas’ only festival by chefs, about chefs, and for the Vegas community. Participating chefs represent the cutting edge of independent talent in Las Vegas, and are challenged to create unique dishes for the night reflecting their culinary passions. The evening is augmented by beverages from Las Vegas’ best local bars, local musicians, local art and more. Created in 2018 as a reaction to the Strip-focused Vegas Uncork’d event (now defunct), Vegas Unstripped initially only invited chefs working off-Strip but now welcomes Vegas chefs regardless of where they cook, offering open submissions. All necessary expenses of the independent chef/restaurateur are covered by event revenue to the extent possible, with net proceeds going to underserved local charities. To date, VU has donated nearly $30,000.
The Feast of Friends is a multi-faceted branding agency, incorporating brand development, traditional and digital marketing, media & influencer relations, social media, websites and events based in Las Vegas and focused on independent food & beverage.
