Las Vegas brokerage partners with Kindness ConquersLAS VEGAS – Leading Las Vegas brokerage huntington & ellis, A Real Estate Agency, is inviting the public to its annual happy hour in support of Kindness Conquers, a non-profit organization that supports children battling cancer. The charitable event will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 9th from 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm at Frankie’s Uptown in Downtown Summerlin.
“As cancer currently ranks as the second leading cause of death, second to heart disease, this is a cause our team is deeply passionate about,” said Craig Tann, broker and owner of huntington & ellis. “It makes me feel good knowing that beyond our brokerage, there is a dedicated community out there helping us support these charities.”
A $25 minimum donation is required for entry and includes one happy hour food item, one happy hour drink item and one raffle entry. The Happy Hour event proceeds will directly benefit Kindness Conquers, a charity that enhances care and improves the quality of life for children facing cancer. To maximize the event’s charitable impact, huntington & ellis will match the proceeds raised.
“After last year’s substantial turnout, we’ve decided to bring this event back for the second consecutive year,” said Tann. “Bringing people together for a vital cause over food and drinks at a community-favorite restaurant has proven successful. In 2023, we raised $10,000 from our happy hour event.”
As part of huntington & ellis’ annual charitable giving program, it sets a year-long donation goal to benefit the local community through funding and volunteer hours. The brokerage is 75% of the way toward reaching this year’s goal of $85,000.
Last year, the brokerage raised nearly $75,000, supporting a variety of Southern Nevada charities including the Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth (NPHY), Three Square Food Bank, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Nevada and Share the Joy in partnership with St. Jude’s Ranch for Children.
