LAS VEGAS (Oct. 15, 2025) – Leading Las Vegas brokerage huntington & ellis, A Real Estate Agency raised more than $14,000 in one month to support Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth (NPHY) and Kindness Conquers.
As part of its ongoing annual community service initiative, the brokerage hosted two fundraising events: a happy hour at Frankie’s Uptown benefiting Kindness Conquers and a putt-putt golf tournament at Angel Park Golf Club benefiting NPHY. The events brought together huntington & ellis agents, teams, and community members to make a lasting impact for local nonprofits.

Supporting organizations like Kindness Conquers and NPHY and their missions to support local youth is a cause that truly matters to our team.”
The happy hour event raised $7,073 with a $5,000 company match for a grand total of $12,073 benefiting Kindness Conquers’ mission to improve and support the emotional well-being of children suffering from cancer. The putt-putt tournament raised $2,303, with 100% of proceeds going to NPHY and its ongoing programs supporting homeless youth across the Las Vegas Valley.
The funds raised mark a significant step toward the brokerage’s 2025 charitable giving goal of $100,000 through its monthly community impact initiatives.
“This milestone reflects the heart of who we are as a company,” said Tann. “Community is at the core of everything we do, and supporting those who support us has become a defining part of our culture.”
In addition to its most recent fundraising efforts, huntington & ellis donated more than $80,000 to the community in 2024 through clothing and food drives, volunteer work, and partnerships with organizations such as NPHY, Three Square, Las Vegas Rescue Mission and Kindness Conquers.
