LAS VEGAS, NV (May 21, 2025) – IndiCap, a commercial real estate firm specializing in industrial investment and development throughout the U.S. Southwest, announces the appointment of Michael Argier as Senior Development Manager.
Argier brings more than 18 years of real estate development and investment experience to IndiCap. He has overseen the development of more than 2.5 million square feet of industrial and office space, including 550,601 square feet at North 15 Logistics Park, 452,710 square feet at Henderson Freeways Crossing, and build-to-suit projects for Amazon.com, Las Vegas College, and 3G Productions. His experience also includes leadership roles at Panattoni Development and WattEV.
In his new role, Argier will lead all aspects of the development process, including land acquisition, entitlements, design, budgeting, construction, leasing, and sales in Southern Nevada.

Argier holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development (MSRE) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from the University of San Diego. He is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and is a graduate of NAIOP Southern Nevada’s Developing Leaders Institute. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, live music, sports, and spending time with his wife and two children.
