Beginning with Chinese Lunar New Year, Chef Shaun has curated five special a la carte additions to their menu for guests to enjoy in celebration of the holiday. Additionally, February also comes with one of the most anticipated sporting events of the year, the Big Game, in which Chef Shaun has crafted elevated, bar-inspired food for guests to enjoy during their sports viewing. The special menu offers ends with a highly celebrated holiday throughout the year, a romantic prix fixe menu for Valentine’s Day.

Starting off Aqua’s special menu offers for February is Chinese Lunar New Year. In addition to their a la carte dinner menu, Aqua will be offering:

Don’t have tickets to the Big Game? Enjoy a viewing opportunity at Aqua with no cover or minimum spend required as the restaurant will provide two large TVs for guests’ viewing pleasure. For food specials, Chef Shaun has created elevated, bar-inspired dishes such as:
