The buyer is BG Holdings LLC with IREPLV as the buyer’s broker, and the seller is Brentwood West LLC. The 4,214-square-foot property sold for $695,310.
“Our client did not need a specialized configured office,” explains Mike Young, Medical Property Advisor for IREPLV. “A bullpen was needed with several offices around the perimeter of the open area. This property fits the needs of the client to provide these health care services.”
A second property, located at 660 S Green Valley Parkway, Suite 110, was sold on Sept. 24. The buyer, Eleazar V. Santiago, DDS, PC, intends to build a dental office inside the grey shell commercial condominium at 2,749 square feet. The buyer’s broker was Keller Williams, and the seller, Coronado Medical Center LLC, was represented by IREPLV.
“The grey shell means it has a dirt floor and no walls. There are the exterior walls of the building, but Dr. Santiago will customize the office to fit her needs. It is a very complex process with a special build-out.”
