What do you want your legacy to be?
I would like my legacy to be that I embedded the right values and advocacy of responsible approach to business throughout our organization and the dental industry.
When you were a kid, what did you want to be?
Having a dentist for a father, it was always very clear that I had tremendous opportunity to follow in the family business. I was always attracted to the biological sciences.
What business advice would you give someone just starting in your industry?
“If you just set out to be liked, you would be prepared to compromise on anything at any time, and you would achieve nothing.” —Margaret Thatcher
What was the toughest lesson you’ve learned in your career?
You can’t control everything, no matter how much you want to, it’s impossible. You have to let people do their job. Don’t try to be in charge of everyone else.
