LAS VEGAS – Fremont Street Experience is pleased to announce the promotion of Jeff Roch to the position of Vice President of Security and Risk Management.
Jeff has brought a wealth of experience in safety and security to Fremont Street Experience, having completed a distinguished 25-year career with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. His extensive knowledge of police operations, crisis management, civil litigation and employee well-being has been vital to the Fremont Street Experience security and risk management department.

Following his retirement from LVMPD in 2022, Jeff joined Fremont Street Experience as Risk Manager. He quickly demonstrated his capabilities and was promoted to Director of Security and Risk Management. He has since led the Fremont Street Experience team in developing protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of its visitors. Jeff also played a vital role in establishing the Fremont Street Experience Substation, which opened in 2023 in partnership with LVMPD and the City of Las Vegas. He works closely with LVMPD and the Las Vegas City Marshals to create a secure and welcoming environment for Fremont Street Experience visitors, and his expertise has been invaluable to the downtown destination.
