LAS VEGAS (Aug. 29, 2024) – JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa has named wellness veteran Nanette Cartier as its director of spa, salon and fitness operations.
Cartier will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of the spa, salon, fitness and spa pool. Her duties will include curating the treatment menu and conceptualizing special promotions, overseeing staff management and training initiatives, and selecting spa product lines for retail.
“Nanette’s extensive experience and expertise will undoubtedly elevate the spa’s distinctive and innovative services, further enhancing the experience for both hotel guests and locals who enjoy our spa services,” said Michelle McHugh, vice president and general manager. “Spa Aquae is an integral part of the hotel’s approach to the ultimate guest experience, with treatments and products thoughtfully curated to align with this mission.”
Before joining the JW Marriott family, Cartier was the spa and fitness operations manager at the Encore Spa at Encore Las Vegas. She has also been the director of spa operations at Trump International Hotel Spa and Fitness in Las Vegas.
