Now through June 19, Kj’s is proud to participate in the 19th annual Las Vegas Restaurant
Week, offering guests a specially curated three-course dinner menu while supporting Three
Square Food Bank’s mission to end hunger in Southern Nevada.
As a Platinum Platter participant, KJ’s will donate $6 from every Restaurant Week menu
sold to Three Square Food Bank, Southern Nevada’s only food bank and the region’s largest hunger-relief organization.
Available during Las Vegas Restaurant Week, KJ’s exclusive $90 prix fixe dinner menu
includes:
First Course (Choice of):
• Caesar Salad with house Caesar dressing, brioche croutons and shaved Parmesan
• Kale Salad with compressed apples, gorgonzola, red onion, cranberry, apricot, toasted
almonds and white ver jus vinaigrette
Entrée (Choice of):
• Chilean Sea Bass with soy glaze, wasabi potato, scallion and ginger
• 10-ounce Allen Brothers Filet sourced from Chicago, Illinois
Dessert (Choice of):
• Warm Butter Cake
• Seasonal Sorbet
