May 28, 2026 (RENO, Nev.) – KPS3, a full-service marketing and communications firm, has hired Molly Ellery as associate director of public relations.
At KPS3, Ellery’s mission will be leading public relations strategies across a diverse portfolio of clients, supporting media relations, strategic communications, thought leadership, crisis communications and integrated marketing campaigns. In her role, she will collaborate across departments to develop campaigns that align earned media, creative and digital strategy with measurable business outcomes.
Ellery brings more than a decade of experience in public relations, strategic communications and integrated marketing. Most recently, she served as director of public relations at Argentum Partners, where she managed a diverse roster of local, regional and national clients and directed campaign strategy across public relations, social media, earned media, media buying, creative direction and digital marketing while overseeing account management and team performance. She also led communications strategies for government affairs and public affairs clients and supported corporate positioning and thought leadership initiatives.
Early in her career, Ellery served as social media manager for Lucky Beaver Reno, where she developed and managed the restaurant’s social media presence and digital engagement strategy.
Ellery earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science and international affairs from the University of Nevada, Reno. She currently serves as president of the PRSA Sierra Nevada Chapter and has received national recognition through honors including PRNEWS People of the Year: Ones to Watch and PRNews Rising Star 30 & Under.

It’s about shaping reputation, building meaningful connections and creating work that actually moves the needle,,” said Nicole Shearer, APR, associate vice president of public relations at KPS3. “She brings both vision and a thoughtful approach to earned media, storytelling and strategic communications, along with a clear understanding of how those pieces work together to drive real impact. Her perspective and leadership will be a strong addition for both our clients and our team.”
