Alyson Martinez, Jeru Hollis, and Jessica Danuser take on Expanded Roles
LAS VEGAS – Jan. 26, 2026 – The Las Vegas Rescue Mission has announced the promotions of Alyson Martinez, Jeru Hollis, and Jessica Danuser to new leadership roles at the nonprofit organization, strengthening its clinical, programming and operational divisions.
Alyson Martinez has been named chief clinical officer, expanding her oversight of the Rescue Mission’s clinical services, recovery programs, shelter operations, and additional organizational functions. Martinez has been with the Rescue Mission for seven years and brings more than 18 years of industry experience. In her role, she provides executive leadership across clinical and recovery services, emergency shelter operations, safety and security, thrift store operations, and transportation and warehouse services. She also supports human resources functions and assists the CEO with facilities and kitchen operations.
Martinez oversees clinical supervision, ensures regulatory compliance, supports program innovation, and works closely with the executive team and board to improve outcomes and guest care.
Jeru Hollis has been promoted to director of programming, where he oversees the Rescue Mission’s emergency shelter services for individuals and families, as well as its recovery program serving individuals with substance use disorders. Hollis provides expertise to program supervisors, supports staff development, ensures program quality and compliance, and works with community partners to enhance services.
Hollis joined the Rescue Mission in 2017 as a substance abuse counselor and later served as program supervisor. He became a fully certified alcohol and drug counselor in 2023 and has worked alongside Alyson Martinez since. He has been with the Rescue Mission for nearly seven years and continues to pursue advanced certifications and education to support both recovery and shelter services.
Jessica Danuser has been promoted to director of administration, overseeing administrative operations, accounting support and human resources functions.
She carries nine years of experience from the IT industry, where she worked as an administrative assistant and purchasing manager. Since joining the Rescue Mission three years ago, she has supported accounting, human resources, benefits administration, invoicing and cash handling. She previously served as an administrative assistant and executive assistant before her promotion.

About Las Vegas Rescue Mission
The Las Vegas Rescue Mission has been assisting homeless men, women and children in the community for more than 50 years. Since its beginning in 1970, the Rescue Mission has been providing meals, emergency shelter, recovery programs with addiction counseling and encouragement to help the low-income and homeless in the community. The nonprofit started with a small storefront building that included the chapel, kitchen and shelter, which was able to house a few men. Today, the Rescue Mission campus, which is located in Downtown Las Vegas, is helping hundreds of men, women and children daily, while providing approximately 30,000 meals each month.
