October 30, 2025 (RENO, Nev.) – KPS3, a full-service marketing and communications firm, has hired Lauren Cordray as senior designer.
Cordray will contribute to campaign, brand and website initiatives from the ground up, collaborating with the KPS3 team to bring projects ranging from visual identity systems to integrated marketing campaigns to life. She will translate brand strategy into effective, scalable designs, apply brand identities across a variety of channels and develop visual concepts that support and elevate campaigns.
“The breadth of work we do at KPS3 demands a creative thinker who can connect ideas across disciplines, which makes Lauren an exceptional addition,” said Jenna Atwater, partner and associate vice president of creative at KPS3. “With her experience in storytelling across industries and her drive to provide thoughtful UI and UX solutions, Lauren will help us continue to push boundaries and create meaningful work for our clients.”
Cordray brings more than a decade of multidisciplinary design experience, most recently applying her expertise to create intuitive user-centered experiences through thoughtful digital interface design. Prior to KPS3, Cordray worked as a freelance UX/UI designer for companies such as evo, an outdoor ecommerce retailer, and Cozymeal, a culinary experience company. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
For more than 33 years, KPS3 has developed long-standing relationships with both clients and employees, earning a spot amongst northern Nevada’s Best Places to Work as a nine-time finalist. For more information about working with KPS3 as a client or an employee, please visit kps3.com.
