A seasoned leader with more than two decades of commercial banking experience, Cavalieri brings an outstanding record of success in driving growth, mentoring top-performing teams, and delivering tailored financial strategies that help businesses thrive. In her new role, she will lead Lexicon Bank’s relationship management team, champion the expansion of the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Lending Group, and accelerate the growth and innovation of the Bank’s Treasury Management services.

Cavalieri joins Lexicon Bank following her tenure as Senior Vice President, Nevada Market Executive at Bank of America, where she spearheaded market strategy and client acquisition for a diverse commercial banking portfolio. Prior to that, she held a series of senior leadership roles at Wells Fargo Bank, culminating in the role of Business Banking Manager for the Las Vegas market.

In addition to her impressive professional credentials, Anna is deeply engaged in the Southern Nevada community. She currently serves on the Board of Directors and Loan Committee for the Nevada State Development Corporation and previously held a board position with Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada.
