Lexicon Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Hilary Nelson to Executive Vice President. Since joining the bank as Senior Vice President in April 2020, Hilary has been a driving force behind Lexicon Bank’s commitment to regulatory excellence and customer-focused operations.Hilary brings over 15 years of experience in regulatory compliance, including 10 years at the executive level and six in management. Before Lexicon Bank, she directed regulatory change at Zions Bancorp. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Western Governors University and advanced certifications in compliance.
Beyond her professional expertise, Hilary is deeply engaged in the Southern Nevada community. She is a sitting board member for Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada and organizes initiatives through her church.
