LAS VEGAS – May 13, 2026 – Local McDonald’s management team member Andrew Boyce has graduated from Colorado Technical University with an Associate of Science in Management Degree through McDonald’s Archways to Opportunity program. Boyce was selected for the opportunity as he demonstrates a strong commitment to education, professional growth, and perseverance.
Archways to Opportunity is McDonald’s education and career advancement initiative designed to support eligible restaurant employees with tuition assistance, academic advising, and career development resources. Through the program, employees can pursue higher education while continuing to grow their careers within the company.
Boyce balanced his responsibilities as part of the McDonald’s management team while completing his degree coursework, showcasing dedication both in the workplace and in the classroom.
