
LAS VEGAS – Local real estate industry leader Matthew Hoyt, who served as 2025 president of NAIOP Southern Nevada, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association for the Las Vegas area, was recently honored with a national chapter president award recognizing the most outstanding president of a large NAIOP chapter in the United States.
In presenting the award to Hoyt, NAIOP officials honored him for “outstanding leadership by a chapter president.” The annual award honors leaders who “inspire their chapter to reach new heights, whether it’s increasing program attendance and sponsorship levels, implementing new membership strategies, or spearheading comprehensive advocacy efforts with successful results.”
Hoyt is the vice president of finance and operations at LaPour Partners in Las Vegas. He brings extensive commercial real estate financing and development expertise to NAIOP Southern Nevada and its board. A UNLV graduate and Las Vegas native, he has also served as chair of NAIOP’s membership and sponsorship and Developing Leaders Institute (DLI) committees. A graduate of NAIOP’s DLI, Hoyt has earned multiple industry recognitions, including NAIOP’s Developing Leader Member of the Year (2016) and Associate Member of the Year (2018).
