
LAS VEGAS – Las Vegas REALTORS® (LVR) announced the results of the association’s annual election of officers and board members on Wednesday, with longtime local REALTORS® Joshua Campa serving as 2025 president and George Kypreos serving as 2025 president-elect.
LVR members voted this week, electing the following officers and directors to lead Southern Nevada’s largest professional association in 2025:
President: Joshua Campa
President-elect: George Kypreos (will serve as LVR president in 2026)
Vice President: Stephanie Grant
Treasurer: Nancy Anderson
Immediate Past President: Merri Perry
Chief Executive Officer: Wendy DiVecchio

Amy Allen (two-year term)
Kathryn Bovard (one-year term)
Lexy Glassman (two-year term)
