Las Vegas REALTORS® (LVR) announced the results of the association’s annual election of officers and board members, with longtime local REALTORS® George Kypreos serving as 2026 president and Shane Nguyen serving as president-elect.
LVR members voted this fall, electing the following officers and directors to lead Southern Nevada’s largest professional association in 2026:
President: George Kypreos will serve as LVR president in 2026.
President-elect: Shane Nguyen will serve as president-elect during 2026 and then become LVR president in 2027.
Vice President: Geoffrey Lavell
Treasurer: Joshua Campa
Immediate Past President: Christopher Bishop

Susan Brock (one-year term)
Christina Chipman (two-year term)
