LAS VEGAS (Sept. 10, 2025) – Euronet has strengthened the Marker Trax leadership team with two key promotions: Torey Ellis has been named head of the project management office (PMO), and Stefan Kudla has been elevated to senior full stack developer.
These moves underscore Euronet’s commitment to developing talent and driving project and product excellence at Las Vegas-based Marker Trax, where these Euronet employees are based.
Ellis (no relation to Marker Trax founder Gary Ellis) joined Euronet 11 months ago with a reputation for building strong relationships and getting things done. Over his tenure, he has become a key figure in the Marker Trax office, bringing teams together and keeping complex projects on track. His ability to connect dots across departments has not only accelerated project delivery but also raised the bar for collaboration between Marker Trax and its partners from Euronet.
As PMO lead, Ellis will be responsible for establishing, maintaining and optimizing project management frameworks and best practices to ensure consistent, successful project delivery across the organization. In this role, he will guide and support project managers and teams, driving strategic alignment and operational efficiency throughout the project portfolio.
A Czech-American software developer and designer based in Las Vegas, Kudla brings a distinctive blend of creativity and technical depth to his role. His journey has spanned product development, software as a service (SaaS), AI, and fintech, giving him hands-on experience with everything from user-centric product design to scalable, cloud-based architectures. Kudla’s work in AI has taken him deep into machine learning and data science, while his fintech projects have sharpened his expertise in secure, efficient financial platforms. At Marker Trax, he will lead end-to-end development efforts, drawing on his broad experience to deliver innovative and reliable solutions.
“With Torey stepping into the PMO lead role and Stefan advancing to senior full stack developer, Marker Trax is poised for its next stage of growth,” said Charlie Skinner, president of Marker Trax. “Torey’s ability to bridge strategy and execution, combined with Stefan’s creative and technical expertise across product, SaaS, AI, and fintech, gives us the kind of leadership and innovation we need to keep evolving. Their unique backgrounds and hands-on approaches will help us deliver better products, move faster, and continue raising the bar for what Marker Trax can achieve.”
These promotions reflect Euronet’s ongoing investment in talent and leadership at Marker Trax, positioning the team for continued growth and success.
